Constant power, floating equal grinding
When the actual current value is less than the set value, adjust the control current of the servo pressure reducing valve in time to increase the pressure of the oil cylinder, so as to increase the power of the grinding wheel to the billet until the set current value is reached.
When the actual current is greater than the set value, timely adjust the control current of the servo pressure reducing valve, reduce the pressure of the oil cylinder, reduce the power of the grinding wheel to the billet, and restore the current to the set value, so as to achieve constant power grinding.
At present, most grinders ensure that the billet curvature is + - 5mm / M and the total length is no more than 50mm
Hengshan electromechanical can meet + - 25mm / m, with a total length of 110mm
