2. Regularly check the radial runout (±0.02mm) and swing (±0.01mm) of the main shaft of the machine.
 3. Before installing the saw blade, the sundries on the main shaft and flange must be removed. The flange surface should be flat, clean and perpendicular to the shaft.
 4. Use the largest possible flange to make the operation of the saw blade more stable. The size of the flange should be the same, and the size of the flange should be 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade (thin saw blades should use a 1/2D flange. ) for better sawing (especially for thin saw blades).
 5. The saw blade should be idling for 30 seconds after the installation is stable, and then start cutting after confirming that everything is normal.
 6. When the saw blade is installed, the flange nut must be moderately tight. If the saw blade is too loose, it will slip when rotating and cutting. If the saw blade is too tight, there will be internal damage or deformation, which will affect the cutting effect.
 7. Before cutting the saw blade, the operator must wear protective equipment (protective glasses, dust masks, hard hats, protective gloves) and check whether the saw machine protective cover is in good condition.
 8. In the following cases, it is necessary to regrind in time
 a) When the sawing quality no longer meets the requirements b) When the energy consumption of the machine tool increases significantly
 c) When the edge of the cutting material has obvious explosions d) When the wear of the alloy edge reaches At 0.2mm, it
  is very important to grind in time, because when the unsharp saw blade is working, the saw body will heat up, and at the same time, the motor load will be too large, which will reduce the service life of the saw blade. Continue to cut when it should be ground. Every 10% increase in cutting amount will bring an additional 50% alloy damage and shorten the service life of the saw blade.
 9. Resin, debris and other debris accumulated on the sawtooth and the side of the saw board must be regularly removed, because the accumulation of stickers will increase the resistance and cause high energy consumption (in extreme cases, it will cause the machine motor to burn) and Rough cutting quality. If the cutting edge is blunt at the same time, it may cause damage to the saw teeth.
 10. Avoid using corrosive solvents when cleaning. When the saw blade is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and sharpened. After oiling for anti-rust treatment, it should be placed in the original carton and then properly placed
 . A sharpener, and a suitable diamond wheel. Grinding the alloy head in accordance with the prescribed operating procedures will prolong the service life of the saw blade. Do not use manual sharpening equipment.
 When sharpening, pay attention to grinding in strict accordance with the geometric design of the original specification model in the BLOG sample.
 For the selected diamond grinding wheel, please refer to the following:
 a) Wet grinding is recommended (emulsion coolant); b) The recommended feed rate is 1-2mm/sec;
 c) Grinding wheels above D500 mesh and automatic machines must be used, otherwise, the sawtooth damage
 d) under conditions permitting, at the same time before and after the grinding angle is recommended.
